The Marvels Project largely takes place in the past, but features at least one character who pops up during Secret Avengers, which largely occurs between the second through fourth arcs of Act 3.  The three Fear Itself stories lead directly into each other, and lead to roughly lead to Captain America #1/Winter Soldier #1/Captain America and Bucky #620 for Act 4)
