  1. Always wonder who made the decision to "darken" Spider-man's look. Less whimsical looking for sure, but losing lots of chance for artists to express the muscle of spidey.

  2. Interestingly enough, the core idea of the black costume was originally created by an ordinary Spider-Man fan.

    It didn't work out as Randy planned, but he still got to be a part of Spider-Man history, which is pretty cool.
